Capex Investment Performance Of Evaluation Based On DEA Of Chinese Mobile Telecom Operator

The mobile telecom operator of China is in the fierce market competitive environment, all of the operators used the KPI evaluation of the capex investment to make his subsidiary company improve investment efficiency and reduce capex investment.But there are some unscientific factors in the traditional KPI evaluation model, and the model can't support the decision well. Based on the background, this dissertation imports DEA model and construction capex investment performance of evaluation model based on DEA to assess the capex investment.Without giving the weight of every index,this method is more external.For the purpose mentioned above, research is carried out in three fields。1.Import DEA model and construction capex investment performance of evaluation model based on DEA to assess the capex investment.DEA as one non-parameter evaluation method is more external than traditional evaluation model.2.Built up the index system of DEA evaluation model.Built up the input index system based on the network frame of mobile telecommunication.Build up the output index system based on five abilityof the operators--profiting ability,marketing ability,growing up ability,financing ability,network ability. This dissertation also imports the synthesis cost to built up the price index system.3.To support the decision maker, this dissertation built up the analyse route based on the decompose of the overall efficiency and the operation of mobile telecom enterprise.
