The Research On Performance Evaluation Of Finance Investment Project In Changsha

This test takes the research into the financial investment's performance of Changsha as the important penetrative for the joint research into industrial engineering and public administration as well. It breakthroughs the public project management; pays attention to process management; ignores the result's traditional model. It not only carries out and ascertain the scientific viewpoint on development and correct viewpoint on political achievements, and makes the selected topic have the characteristics of realities as well as instruction in practice; but also makes it obvious to overlap and merge different branches of learning, and makes efforts to reorganize and supplement the approaches for research into science of administration, engineering and public administration science by connecting standardized research with quantitative research with qualitative research, and methodological and technological research with concept creative and institution constructive research, which broadens the new horizon, advances the new frontiers and supplies the fresh methods for the research into industrial engineering, project management and public administration science.Firstly, we put forward the dissertation's studying trait of though, overall frame on the basis of analyzing the background and significance of choosing the topic for research and making comments on the current condition and problem of financial investment management of Changsha, especially on the current condition of performance evaluation in financial investment management. Also, we give the basic theories of evaluating the Changsha's performance in financial investment. And further, this paper constructs the index systems of evaluating the Changsha's performance in financial investment project. Then, we construct a comparatively scientific and rational index system(including quantitative and qualitative)as classification of project. Meanwhile, we research into the validity and reliability of the index system, and assure the weight of index, and use it to evaluate the performance of project. Lastly, we use a specific project, thus we expound the performance evaluation and method of project.The two research results and fresh ideas in this dissertation can be displayed as the following: the first one is advancing a new frontier of the research into industrial engineering from the frontier of the research into public administration science; the second one is analysis the scientific and reasonable of evaluate index using the principle of industrial engineering, and constructing the performance evaluation system and model for Changsha's financial investment projects by the methods of statistics, operational research and economy, which is objective, fair and pointed.
