As 3G network is coming and the development of Internet is quickened, the amalgamation of wireless and wired network has been getting exciting. Meanwhile, Mobile Search is becoming the most potential market in this tide. At the beginning of 2007, the cooperation of Google and China Mobile has made Mobile Search on the peak of the focus. The number of mobile telephone consumer is over 400 million in domestic markets, which is triple to Internet consumer. Adding the convenience of mobile telephone, mobile search market is immense. Thought it is like a toddler, we can conceive that Mobile Search will be the most promising in the future.In this paper, I tried to analyze the actuality of the industry and put forward some forecasting opinions. Using Long Tail Theory, PEST Method, SWOT Method, end-users demand model, and consumers' behavior psychology, I systemically analyze the business model and key traits of Mobile Search. Basing on investigating I-mode successful model, that gives the new dawn of Mobile Search.
