It acts as a more and more important factor in the development of the organization, and helps the organization to get superiority in competitions by developing and managing the key resource human beings.IT industry is a strategic industry in the time of Knowledge Economy, which represents the high-tech industries and new productivities. As the globalization and fast growing of information technology, IT talents become the core competence of IT industry. The traditional human resource management is facing a lot of challenges in this new time. Strategic human resource management must be applied to meet the IT industry's demand for talents and resolve problems in recruiting, promoting, and training,This thesis is focused on researching the human resource management in IT industry by using the theory of strategic human resource management.
