Study On The Analysis Of The Corporation Performance Based On The Circular Economics

Circular Economy is bound to be the inevitable choice for nowadaysHarmonious Society since the issues of resource and environment are becoming moreand more outstanding. Being the social economic activities' main body, CircularEconomy development strategy firstly takes initiative on corporation level.Corporation performance analysis is an important component of strategic management,"there is no management if there's no analysis", performance analysis is a process forcorporation's self-enhance. Circular economy development philosophy endows entireperformance analysis system with new contents and new methods throughcorporation's practices. Hereby, study on the analysis of corporation performancebased on Circular Economy has its significant theoretical and practical meanings.Under the circular economy development strategy, both micro-environment andmacro-environment for corporation performance analysis have been changed.Corporations shall not take economic efficiency as the only standard for performanceanalysis. Corporations shall change their train of thoughts, adopt multi-benefitsrelatives as analysis main body, look on the whole production process and itsperformance as object, cany out Cleaning Production, implement "reduce, reuse,recycle" principals through the process of production management, protectenvironment and ecology, and take the all-win among economic efficiency, socialefficiency and ecologic efficiency as the general goal.This term paper put emphasis on introducing two subsystems "corporationperformance analysis index system" and "corporation performance analysis system"which are both based on Circular Economy. Firstly, at the view of both the past andfuture, from three latitude "economic efficiency" "social efficiency" "ecologicefficiency", on four aspects "input, output, process and growth & development",selecting 26 indexes from seven levels "raw material & energy, technical procedure,technical innovation, financing, staff, customer and social image", establishingcorporation performance analysis index system based on Circular Economy. Secondly, applying Vague Synthetical Analysis Method to estimate performance analysis indexsystem, and feeding back according to different estimate outcome.Weave Printing and Dyeing industry is one of the severe pollution industries.This term paper adopts DX Weave Printing and Dyeing Co.
