Based On The Circular Economy Of Enterprise Reverse Logistics Research

Along with the continual development of the social economy, there's an increasing demand for natural resources in the worldwide society. Meanwhile, social production and consumption often produce a large amount of castoff and returns. It's found that reasonable disposition and reclamation of the castoffs and returns can not only improve using efficiency of resources and reduce waste of resources, but also can reduce environmental impact because of incorrect treatments when they is drained into the environment, moreover, it can bring a good image to the enterprise. This paper concentrates on how to operate reverse logistic to reduce the corporation's logistics cost using the circular economic theories for a corporation and how to Implement the reclamation, disposition and utilization of castoff and returns in order to reduce the corporation's reverse logistic cost and improve the corporation's reverse logistic efficiency.This paper probes into some related technology of logistic operating such as how to use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to select reverse logistics operating mode, reverse logistics demand forecast, reverse logistics network design and using the synthetically relative deviation distance minimum process to select the third party reverse logistic service provider by summarizing the theory research results of reverse logistics of home and abroad, applying basal principle and research method in economics, principles of management and operational research, using abroad useful experience for reference and combining with our country enterprise development characteristic. In the end, this paper puts forward some strategies and common suggestions of business reverse logistic development for a corporation from reverse logistics operating mode selection, reverse logistics demand forecast, reverse logistics network design and the third party reverse logistic service provider selection by analyzing this corporation's actuality.There are important significances in studying on business reverse logistic based on circular economic theories. On the one hand, it can help us know better of the inherent rule between circular economy and logistics development. On the other hand, it can make enterprise carry out an improvement on business logistics system from environment angle, which means to form a coexistent business logistics management system with environment, which has certain guiding significance to promoting' modern business reverse logistic of our country.
