Studies On The Performance Evaluation Of The Logistics Enterprise Based On Circular Economy

As the conditions of earth environment is deteriorated serioulsly and resources are consumed too much , circular economy has already been adopted by many developed countries. As far as our economy development is concerned, it is the inevitable for the logistics to change traditional model of development since it consumes too much energy and destroys environment by noise and fume. The new logistics system which means apply the circular economy mode and changing itself into green logistics can promote economy and develop a healthy lifestyle.Therefore, it is necessary to study on the performance evaluation of the logistics enterprises based on circular economy, set up a scientific and reasonable logistics performance evaluation index system and put forward a stimulus and constraint mechanism.Firstly, the author reviews theories about logistics performance evalution and introduces basic theories about circular economy and logistics enterprises and logistics performance evaluation ,then we proves the necessity of the performance evaluation of the logistics enterprises based on circular economy and offers a studying frame. Secondly, the author proposes basic principles about circular economy and makes an analysis about the features of logistics enterprises. What's more, the author makes out the logistics performance evaluation index system .This system includes five aspects: economic benefit, transport operation, the using of source and energy, environment and innovation.Thirdly, after analyzing the characteristics about the method about deciding index weight, the author deduces a new method about deciding index weight based on improveing AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process). Forthly, the author adopts method of average weighted and builds a logistics performance evaluation model. At last, the author demonstrates rationality about index system, practicability and appliance about this evaluation method.
