The Research On The Reason, Way, Objective Decision Of Domestic Household Appliance Enterprises Cross-border M&A

As a kind of strategic choice, cross-border M&A not only makes domestic household appliances expand its existing marketing channel and gain international advanced production technology, but also makes it enhance its international competitive power and enter international production of household appliances. Successful cross-border M&A not only makes domestic household appliances change product homogeneity essentially, but also makes it avoid entering barriers of country which goal enterprises belong to effectively, in order to enhance its international market volume. So the research on the reason, way, objectives decision of domestic household appliances enterprises' Cross-border M&A, not merely determining whether cross-border M&A can reach the anticipated result , the more important thing is whether it can be promoted domestic household appliances overall competitiveness effectively.First, this paper analyzed present condition of domestic household appliances profession and the influence on domestic household of domestic household appliances thoroughly, and obtained eight reasons of domestic household appliances enterprises. Then, this paper analyzed advantages and malpractices of the possible way of domestic household enterprises' cross-border M&A one by one, in order to provide reference when domestic household enterprises choosing the way of cross-border M&A. Finally, this paper made measurable index based on researching the reason of domestic household appliances enterprises' cross-border M&A, then established domestic household appliances enterprises' model of cross-border M&A based on joining EVA, AHP and DCFM ,in order to provide some advices to domestic household appliances enterprises when they faces to multi-objectives decisions.
