Decision-making Research On The Transportation Mode Of Cross-border E-commerce

In recent years,e-commerce becoming a new blue sea of China's export trade for it is growing at a fast speed.However,after the huge improvement,the problems become:the cross-border e-commerce logistics is not matched,and the cross-border e-commerce decision makers can't control the logistics and transportation part.All kinds of logistics enterprises have created a variety of logistics transportation modes,which have also increased the difficulty for decision makers to choose and further increase the difficulty in choosing logistics transportation products.This paper first use summarizes the cross-border e-commerce transportation market into two types,complete monopoly market and oligopoly competition market,which based on the market type,and establishes the main analysis target of this paper is oligopoly cross-border e-commerce transportation market.Secondly,the system reliability theory is introduced to fully consider the decision-making factors of sellers in choosing different modes of logistics transportation.Third the BOW-TIE model is connected with Bayesian network again to find a method to confirm the risk probability of system security failure factors.Finally,multi-attribute decision analysis is carried out based on electre method,and the most suitable decision options are calculated through the comparison model to help the decision makers make the selection decision.At the same time,this method can also provide help for various logistics and transportation enterprises to optimize their products.
