Study On Reverse Logistic Mode In Household Electrical Appliance Enterprises Based On Multi-objectives

With the development of economy and progress of society, the living standard of human being has been greatly improved. A large number of household appliances have been produced. Due to the replacement and end-of-life, the number of abandoned appliances has been beyond the capacity of the recycling. Because of the abandoned electron product, the problem of environment becomes more and more serious. With the human's environmental protection consciousness is strengthened. How to reuse the waste, how to save the limited resources and how to prevent our environment from polluting has become the focus of our society. At the same time , as economy of our country is developing, the electron product consumption is increasing gradually. The waste of electron product is increasing and will not decrease. Since 2003, China's household appliances have entered the peak of obsolescence, approximately more than 30 million every year will be discarded. As China hasn't constructed regular reverse logistic system of discarded and used household appliances at present, the most of them can't be effectively recycled. Because of this, there have existed enormous resources waste and significant potential security hazard.This thesis is based upon the above mentioned. Then, set up the mode of reverse logistics for electrical appliances industries. The article first introduced the actuality and the development situation of reverse logistics, introducing the end-of-life appliances Reverse logistics at home and abroad. Second, it reviewed the basic theory of logistics, Game theory, Transaction costs theory, Strategic alliance theory, as well as the literature of the life cycle of production. Third, I analyzed the characteristics and conditions of four operation models, and made a comparison between these models. Because of strict law and regulation, social supervision, cost control, profit driven, environmental needs and customers' needs, we must select the right reverse logistics mode of operation. In respect of environmental objectives, profit goals, cost and service, different goals choose different reverse logistics mode. Through the analysis of the theory, the essay selects the appropriate mode. The quo of abandoned electrical appliance is large. They include televisions, household washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners and computers. But there have no large scale and regular recycling sector. It is a wide gap between the developed countries and developing countries. The reverse logistics problem need solved immediately. The main factors influence on selecting the appropriate mode are the rate of investment and return, technical factors, risk factors and government regulation. The essay uses the FAHP to set up the mode of the electron Reverse logistics. At last make use of the model to one company. By use of analyzing models, I get the mode of Reverse logistics' operation. The model is suitable for the company to handle end-of-life appliances.
