Waste electrical product is called "Urban mines", which are rich in renewable resources and rare metal. Recycle and reuse of waste electrical product is the important measure to save native resources and realize circular economy. However, recycling of waste electrical products present state of chaos, confusion and lack of effective recycle mode, which cause the low recycle rate of waste household appliances, and the electric appliances products discarded casually caused serious damage to the environment. Effective recycling of waste household appliances decision is the key to realize the resource reuse, however recycle decision-making rely mostly on the experience at present, lead to the waste of the resource, such as the components of structure in good condition can be reused, or components of structural damage parts can return to its function of integrity and strength retention rate by remanufacturing, so the correct treatment decisions will greatly improve the utilization rate of recycling.To solve the problems above, this paper puts forward the construction of the reverse logistics system of waste household appliances based on RFID technology. The RFID technology is introduced in the reverse logistics of waste household appliances, first of all, waste household appliances recycling mode is designed based on RFID technology according to consumer behavioral intention and government driven design, the process of the reverse logistics of waste household appliances is designed using RFID technology characteristics, and record of RFID tag content of home appliances at various stages in the product life cycle were studied. Second, quality evaluation mode of waste household appliances by combining the RFID tag information and artificial detection information is established, the model is solved using AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the quality level of waste household appliances is get, deal with waste electrical appliance product decisions by the quality level, quality assessment system of waste household appliances is made by Microsoft Visual Studio2010software development tools to make the evaluation process more quickly. So study RFID technology in the application of the reverse logistics of waste household appliances is important for information management of waste household appliances as well as the formation of circular economy industrial chain.
