This article closely revolves the standardization management of our country real estate brokerage. Firstly, form the present management situation of our country current real estate brokerage, this article separately analyzes the real brokerage enterprise, the management pattern evolution and the jobholders three aspects. Enumerating massive detailed material and the rich argument, the conclusion is that our country real estate brokerage is being in a stage with fast development, but speaking of the national overall condition, still moved in a low level.The key contrast has studied Hong Kong and our country real estate brokerage development course. So the current various question of our country real estate brokerage is inevitable gradual question in the normal developing process. Then various question which appears regarding the market has summarized in microscopic and the macroscopic angle. The article uses the asymmetry of information and the good faith management theory to explain deep level reason which its behind produces. In order to obtain the standardization management, firstly, there must have a clear market supervisor, the explicit real estate broker's basic concept and business scope, the explicit administrative managing and the profession autonomous parallel management pattern, and a set of comprehensive system integrity legal laws and regulations system. Secondly, it should consummate and carry out the profession market access system and a master qualifications system strictly. Thirdly, unify the standard real estate broker's service flow, service standard and charge system, and set up the demonstration contract system and the house agent signature system to reduce negative effect which the asymmetry of information brings. Fourthly, it can use the parallel management pattern which administrative management and profession association autonomy unifies to resolve the good faith flaw serious problem. Specifically speaking, by consummates the perfect legal laws and regulations system to restrain the brokerage enterprise and jobholders' disciple of a master behavior and Promotes the profession overall quality in the long-term training education way, all the problems must be resolved in the future. Finally, this article specially analyzes two serious questions of " the middle price difference " and the transaction fund security and puts forward the corresponding proposal and countermeasure.
