With the impact on China’s economic development, E-Business obviously is showing a "multiplier effect", is playing an increasingly important role in commercial activities beingof the underlying platform. The vast amount of data burst out from the development of theInternet, plus growing E-Business processing of the enterprises, which are profoundlychanging consumer behavior, corporate formation and the way of social value creation. Inthis thesis, by analyzing of the current status of national E-Business development, thecurrent status of E-Commerce application of China’s real estate agency services, andstrategic research on the E-Commerce Business Model of the real estate agency andresearch on the fundamental issues those should be solved in such an E-Commerceprocessing, we highly recommend real estate agency services to set up a “O2O”E-Commerce Business Model, focusing on different products and services, to integrate theresources in the same industry filed, to optimize the allocation of resources, whilst, activelycooperating with the third-party of payment platform, E-Commerce financial servicesplatform,B2B service platform and expansion of social communication channels. Themethod of research used in this thesis are case studies, induction and summarization, thosehelp us come to the conclusion that is the real estate agency services would be graduallyimproving the overall competitiveness and enhancing the whole industry reputation, viarealizing standardization and specialization of services upon further E-Commercing.
