masses.Since the unified registration of real estate is related to the vital interests of Billions of people in China,When the real estate registration agency provides services between the government and the masses,the professional registration agency service can not only provide quality registration services for the masses,but also save the registration time of the masses,Moreover,the workload of the real estate registration center can also be reduced to some extent.In the market management of real estate registration intermediary services,industry associations play an irreplaceable role.Compared with the government,industry associations have the advantages of sufficient information sources,high professional level,and low supervision costs,as the management of government departments gradually reforms into the “distribution service” system,the supervision of the intermediary service market requires the assistance of industry associations,which makes the management of China’s real estate registration agency industry shift from government management mode to government supervision and industry self-discipline coordination mode.1.Definition of concepts related to real estate registration intermediary services.The generalized real estate registration agency covers a wide range of areas,involving multiple qualification management and industry management.Under the
