In the knowledge economy time, the knowledge becomes the determining factor of deciding whether a country have the competitive ability, the knowledge workers become the object which each country captures day by day, how to establish knowledge workers management system which can perfect caneffectively attract, detain, train and drive them, is the key of the enterprise winning the superiority in the competition. Because the knowledge workers maintain independence, take the self- value realization and like mobiling strongly and so on, they become the difficulty of the enterprise management. It is difficult for the enterprise and knowledge workers to maintain relations only depending on the labor contract, thus to establish relations of the labor contract and the psychological contract as the dual link strategy partner has become the new tendency. On the one hand, it requests enterprise to definite regulations the duty and the benefit relations of knowledge workers and the enterprise, which based on the marketlaws (labor contract); On the other hand, it requests the enterprise and the knowledge workers to establish the common prospect together, achieve the mutual recognition in the common prospect about core values, pay attention to knowledge workers'expectation of enterprise 's psychology, in order to establish psychology understanding, trusts and pledges between the enterprise and the knowledge workers (psychologicalcontract), complete knowledge workers'independent management, form the strategy partner relations which the enterprise and the knowledge workers all can win, and causes them growing and developing together finally.The research uses many methods, such as literature analytic, question survey, statistical analytic method, to require the enterprise knowledge workers'content, structure, type, character of psychological contract.Through statistical analysis, it is found that there are two aspects and four latitudes of psychological contract structure of knowledge workers. The enterprise's responsibility, which is salary treatment, the environment support, the standard system and the development opportunity and the knowledge workers's duty, which is occupation development, the standard following, the professional accomplishment and the enterprise approvement. It is extend of conclusion in formerly the two-dimensional structure or in the three dimensional structure foundations.Finally, according to research result of demonstration, the research proposed the knowledge workers'management which include salary strategy, good humanities environment support, comprehensive occupation development plan, fair system standard, and pay attention to the knowledge workers'psychologically healthy, establishe the humanist enterprise culture, achieve fulfill high investment of psychological contract.The innovation place, make the psychological contract as the foundation variable on the research of knowledge workers'management, and propose human resources management countermeasure of knowledge workers which based on the psychological contract, it has developed new field of vision of fundamental research of the human resources management, has provided the reference to management practiceThe deficiency, the research sample quantities are less, which causes limitation; moreover, psychological contract violation is discussed insufficiently, which causes the countermeasure discussion superficially.
