The Study On The JIT Delivery-oriented Production Management Mode In Automobile Parts Company

With the formations of the global information net and global marketing economy, automobile parts enterprises are facing various pressures of JIT delivery, improving the product quality and reducing the product cost, and they also have to make immediate responses to the fast changes of the market. This serious circumstance forces people to realize that production management has played an important role in pursuing competitive superiorities for the enterprises.Based on the research about the traditional production management mode and combined the ideology of JIT delivery with supply chain, this paper advances a framework about the production management mode (PMM) and an overall planning which can construct a JIT delivery-oriented production management system for raising the management efficiency, cutting the cost of products, and improving the quality of the products to meet the demands of JIT delivery.The paper systematically analyzes the procedure of the development about the production management theory, its current research situation, and the development and the implementation of the theory of punctual production approach, and research about the current situation of the development of the JIP delivery. Through the research of the PMM and combined with the present situation of the automobile parts enterprises, this paper carefully analyzes the characteristic and demands of the production management in the condition of JIT delivery. Through the comparison of the production management's demands and goals of the automobile parts enterprises when they are meeting to the JIP delivery, this paper also points out the existing problems in the PMM. To counter the professional characteristics of the automobile parts and the problems in the actual production management, the paper analyzes the demands of the production management facing to the JIP delivery, puts forward a PMM to fit the JIP delivery, and analyzes the implementation factors of such mode more deeply. Based on the modern management theory and combined with the enterprises'present situation, this mode advances a detailed solution through the design of the management system which meeting the JIP delivery in the four major aspects: the batch production plan, the inventory management, the equipment management and the quality management.This paper takes the transformation of the CALY Company's PMM as a real example to apply the achievement in such a theory to the actual production management. In accordance with the current development of production management and the demands of future development, and based on the total systemization of the application in the above theory to the production management, the paper constructs a production management system to meet JIP delivery for this company, brings a detailed implemental plan and a detailed implemental scheme, and drafts a tight implemental system and a well-knit implemental steps, and it also analyzes the implemental environment. Parts of the achievements in the research have been implemented in some enterprises, and achieved initial applied results.
