COFCO biochemical energy (Zhaodong) company is an old factorybuilt in1993, mainly engaged in food processing. Later in2001the company was Huarun alcohol purchase, quality and equipment and personnel management have beensignificantly enhanced,2006,COFCO merger, changed its name to COFCO biochemical energy(Zhaodong) Co., ltd.. The operation management system with ISO9001and ISO22000, the system is of great help to the standardization of the company management. In2007, threecompleted and put into production, with the increase of equipmentsets, disadvantages of company equipment management ismore and more obvious, since the management method of equipment areafter the repair, overhaul the way it is passive, often maintenancecycle is long. In orderto guarantee the company’s running parameters and load can reach the expectedgoal, the normal operation of equipment and low fault rate is a necessary condition,is the implementation of the TPM management division. TPM (total productive repair) is a kind of management system of theequipment management is the most advanced, is currently the main direction of development of equipment management. The purpose of TPM is to push the overall repair concept, breaking theprevioustraditional philosophy only equipment repair eye repair, emphasizes the participation of all staff, promote common development of all staff, the training ofthe staff team work habits and master the spirit of, improve staff skills, and strive to change the staff of the spiritlook, set up the good enterprise image.For any big companies,whether in manufacturing or in chemical enterprises, the stable operation of the equipment is a prerequisite for corporate earnings,we don’t use everything from scratch, as long as the present modeand graduallyimprove, Many a little make a mickle., its achievementwill be amazing. The features of equipment management itself hasis can imitate but can not copy. Anykind of advanced theoreticalmethod has its era, equipment management is no ex ception.Therefore, in the implementation of TPM equipment managementmust be in-depth understanding and Research on it, combined with the actual situationof enterprises to use, will achieve better results,some of the problems encountered in this paper aims to summarize the methods used by the company in the implementation of TPMequipment management and implementation process, so as to enhance the company’s ability of equipment management. And I hope this article can give for the implementation of TPM equipment management or are in the implementation of brothers enterprisessome experience.The paper can be divided into four parts. Firstly, based on theZhaodong COFCO company introduction, this paper expounds the existing problems in themanagement of enterprise equipment, and introduces the implementation of TPM management system of the company’s background and the expected goal. Secondly, through the analysis of the current situation of equipment management,puts forward the existing problems in equipment management.Introduces the meaning and characteristics of TPM management system, and analyzes the TPM management system in thenecessity and feasibility of COFCO Zhaodong company introduced.Thirdly, to discuss the implementation of TPM management system of COFCO Zhaodong company plan, proposed in the TPMimplementation of specificmeasures and methods need to be in the process of implementation, the activities of TPM management system to carry out, make the management index of thecompanyhave been improved, through the comparison between before and after the index to test whether the TPM implementation success..Finally, this paper summarizes the TPM management system brings to the enterprise management improvements, and on the TPMmanagement system gradually standardized management, so that the TPM management system to sustainable development,health, efforts to reduce due to equipment failure production line downtime,makethe production more smoothly, thereby improving the production efficiency, reduce production time, reduce the rate of non-performing products, realizing themaximization of profits.
