Research On The Improvement Of Production Management Of GB Division Of SKY Company

Based on a great deal of domestic and foreign theoretical materials, periodicals and books, the operation management of GB division in this work was mainly analyzed and improved theoretically. With theory and practice analysis combination method, microscopic and macroscopic combination method, comparative analysis and other research methods, a set of effective solutions was proposed, basing on the excellent experiences and detects in advanced management in some manufacturing company. Achievements including lower operating costs, shorter delivery cycles and improvement of product quality was obtained. JIT production was realized to improve the market competitiveness of the sky, for the company to bring considerable economic benefits.Then we came to the conclusion that there are some detects in the previous GB division production management, including the complex process, unfeasible and back blocked inventory data, unstable product quality, supplier development adverse and site management far from standard. There is no future for such production mode with the utility of large-scale production, the emphasis on the quality control of the company, extensive on-site management. In order to meet customer needs and provide customers with satisfactory products and services, and to reduce a large backlog of inventory, new ideas as well as continuous improvement is necessary. GB division operation must be carried out basing on their own characteristics. With the utility of 5S management, in-time production method and Kanban management method, the reduction of resource waste and a flexible production are to be achieved. At the same time, a total quality management should be carried out, by PDCA circulation method, to promote the quality of the products. GB division hrough the organize construction, optimize the process system, increase incentives, enhance corporate culture, improve the means of information and other means to improve the effective implementation of the strategy to establish the implementation of security measures.
