The effects of the leader behavior to the performance management is one of the critical hot spot on human resource management﹙HRM﹚study. In this paper, the author has investigated Wu Chuan Supply And Marketing Collaborate Society human resource, used the some theorys about the lead behavior and the performance management, discussed the affect of the leader behavior of the task oriental model to the performance managementand and the membership oriental model to the performance managementand, which facters can embody the effects about the lead behavior between the task oriental model and the membership oriental model.
