With the deepening of China's reform and opening up policy, with the massive entry of foreign businesses into the country, with the fast growth of private companies, and the reform of the state-owned enterprises and the merger and amalgation among different enterprises, the competition in seizing resource, particularly human resource, has become more and more fierce among enterprises in the country. Each of them is working hard to seek ways of improving their human resource management and utility level, which is also a key topic that Guanghui Industry Investment Corporation (Hereafter called "Guanghui") needs to focus on during its development. Man is the most active factor in an enterprise. It is only through man power that various resources at the enterprise are integrated and value is created. It's no doubt that every enterprise has attached great importance to talents and is trying their utmost to attracting talents. However, while spending a great deal of money on recruiting talent, most of them are not making goods use of the talents mainly due to a lack of sufficient and scientific human resource management method.Under the instruction of modern management theories, this thesis offers a sum-up tudy on the human resource management at Guanghui, analyzing in detail the company's problems in human resource management as well as the reasons for the problems. By referring to the advanced human resource management experience of domestic and abroad enterprises, and based on the real situation and development trend of the human resource management of Guanghui, it puts forward such basic ideas as corporate organizational system, post management system, human resource management system and staff promotion system. In addition, based on the current status of Guanghui, it puts out a management method that combines value-based human resource management thought with differentia human resource management, suggesting that emphasis should be given to talent's capacity and mental study, and assessment on talent's qualification be strengthened and human resource deployed a in rational manner. The views and research results of this thesis is helpful in upgrading Guanghui's human resource management level and enriching China's human resource theory and practice as a whole.
