ABSTRACT:Listed is not only a process of financing and business development, but also a process to improve and standardize internal management.At this period, the enterprise’s habit, process, standard and value need be fitted and optimized the law and rules for listed company, which push the internal management improve from outside.Meanwhile, listed should be the most important strategy of S enterprise. And so the whole company, including HR, material and financial, will focus on how to support the strategy. Human Resource Management, as one of the important part, should change with the building of the strategy. The original structure, system, excitation program of human resources must meet the requirements listed. S enterprise focus on structure industry contracting business, whose HR live at low level, the HR characteristic let the HR management should face huge challenge.Based on the analysis of S enterprise human resource in the listed, the thesis design a type of system for the company.
