Study On Regional Development Difference Of Medium And Small-sized Enterprises In China

In recent years, the developmental problem on medium and small-sized enterprise has got more and more attention and formed much quite research, but these achievements mostly keep a foothold in certain aspect, so that it can not explain the development problem on medium and small-sized enterprise all round. Based on former research achievements, this article opens up an exhibition with development mode of the cluster and symbiosis on medium and small-sized enterprise, forming the theoretical analysis about development of them, and then explain the regional development difference about our country's medium and small-sized enterprise, which is based on the research method and index using that is in common on analyzing regional diversity in development economics.First, this article carried out a retrospect on existent theory about enterprise developing, point out their defect in explaining development of medium and small-sized enterprise. The article take the development mode of the cluster and symbiosis as the point on them, contact the industry, resource situation with developing status , and has discussed effect mechanism that two modes are to promoting them respectively. After building the cluster and symbiosis mode, this article analyze the exterior and interior factors, and in allusion on the status of enterprises, pointing out that there are two restrictions in development of medium and small-sized enterprise, one is exterior surroundings aspect, another is over interior condition aspect.This article took a statistic analysis for regional development diversity of Chinese medium and small-sized enterprise from 1998 to now, as a result, we found that, from 1998 to 2004, there are a extend trend in regional difference. And then, based on the research method and index using that is in common on analyzing regional diversity in development economics., we analyze those panel data of different regional medium- and small sized enterprise which is selected form 1998 to 2004,and further to determine the determinant of medium and small-sized enterprise.By theoretical analysis and empirical test, the article came to a conclusion: compared with the east area, the middle and western china medium and small-sized enterprise bears more restraint factors coming from the enterprise outside environment and enterprise self's. It leads relatively slowly developing and is the mainly reason to form the development diversity. Under such context, the article gave a suggestion: The middle and western China government ought to actively create the beneficial condition to bring and develop cluster or symbiosis system in medium and small-sized enterprise, improves the outside environment energetically. At the same time, the enterprise itself should be respond to enter to the cluster or symbiosis system, improving itself condition and boosting its developing.
