The Coordinated Development Between Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Clusters And Regional Economy In Shandong Province

The small and medium enterprise clusters developing very fast in recent years and becoming the most important support for local economy and channel for employment. The small and medium enterprise clusters of Shandong province play a great role in regional economic development and motivity to regions'economic development. The regional and economic advantage of Shandong province provides an advantaged develop space for small and medium enterprise clusters' healthy development, and lead the cluster developed healthy and fast. The development of small and medium enterprise clusters should balance with the regional economic, so that the regional advantage can be exerted and both of the competitive power can be improved. Developing small and medium enterprise clusters play an important role in Shandong province's economic.This article based on the status quo of regional economies and small and medium enterprise clusters, through the construction of evolution model of small and medium enterprise clusters, take Qingdao as an example to make the simulation and provide an intuitionistic tool for development trend of Shandong province's SME clusters. It takes the grey relational analysis to analyze the indicators of Shandong province's SME clusters and regional economies development, concluded that the development of small and medium enterprise clusters has a strong association to the improvement of employment rate and fiscal and taxation. This article based on the GM (1,1) model to make a forecast to the develop potential of small and medium enterprise clusters and regional economies in the next 10 years, including gross industrial production of SMEs, the province's GDP, total gross industrial production, above designated size gross industrial production and the average employment of the whole year of above designated size SMEs. Show the favorable trend of Shandong province's small and medium enterprise clusters and regional economies. Finally analyze the interaction development between SME clusters in Shandong Province and the regional economy,and give recommendations.
