Chongqing Real Estate has played a positive role which to improve local people's living conditions and promote economic growth rapidly. It has become the important component of economic development and one of the pillar industries in Chongqing. There is a natural relationship between finance and real estate. It is essential that finance services support to the real estate industry, because it can affect both the production side and the consumption side of real estate. Therefore, with the relationship between finance and real estate is closer, it is very necessary and important to study the present situation and development strategy of the real estate financial market in Chongqing. To study on the real estate financial market in Chongqing have to impenetrate the entire process that financial institutions to provide services related to the production, circulation and consumption areas of the real estate.Based on the background that overall status of real estate industry in Chongqing develop rapidly and combined the classic theory of the real estate industry of research at home and abroad with the latest theoretical results, the thesis research purpose is, through studying and evaluating the present situation of the real estate financial market in Chongqing, putting forward the main problems and setting up the general idea and strategy in Chongqing. In the meantime, analyze and study each sub-market. Conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the system of the real estate financial market is faultiness in Chongqing. Such as it relies mainly on bank loans due to financial instruments is a fat lot. The assets of the real estate are poor fluidity. Financial instruments are decentralization. Compared with the real estate industry in Chongqing, exist there is a obvious slow and unbalanced phenomenon in the real estate financial market.Secondly, this thesis put forward setting up the aim, general idea and strategy in the real estate financial market. Based on the financial system as a turning point, the international convention as a frame of reference and the in being real estate financial operation as a basic, the general idea is giving prominence to keystone and forming system gradually. The strategy is setting up a relatively complete system and developing a series of the real estate financial sub-market. Thereinto, according to each the different roles of the market have different supply and financing methods of fund, the primary sub-market include the real estate credit and mortgage market and the securities business and the assistant sub-market include the real estate trust investment and insurance market circulate in accordance with their respective some mechanisms and modalities.Thirdly, according to put forward strategy, this thesis put forward pertinent countermeasure and provide operable recommendations about each mode of specific development and operation of sub-market.
