| During recent years, with the development of economy and the rise of people's living standard, China's real estate business has made tremendous progress. It has become one of the pillar industries for national economies and the prices of commercial housing, housing structures and standards have become one of the focuses of the Chinese people and have a direct impact on people's everyday life. Both investors and ordinary citizens all focus their attentions on the development of real estate market.The peninsula real estate area centered on Qingdao has drawn increasing attention. This thesis starts with basic concepts of real estate business, the features of real estate market operation, several determinants of housing prices and the relations between price of commercial housing and land. It makes an analysis and prediction on the developing process of China's real estate business, the overall environment and its future. This thesis further analyzes the recent development of qingdao's real estate business and predicts the demand and supply of housings in Qingdao and the development of housing prices. The conclusion is drawn that Qingdao still has much room for the development of the real estate market and the demand in near future is bountiful, the prices are stable with a little rising trend but the speed of rising will slow down. |
