Agriculture industry cluster for the impact of the regional economic development has been confirmed in the literature. In the research of the development of the domestic agricultural industry cluster achieved initial results, but for aquatic products breeding industry, cluster research literatures are scarce. Aquaculture industry as an industry of agricultural economy is part of the agricultural economy. China is the largest aquaculture country. And therefore, research on aquatic breeding industry cluster is very necessary.Gram-negative sole class aquaculture industry rapid development for nearly 30 years, according to statistics, in 2009 our country were sole feed production of nearly 100000 tons, the highest in the world, direct output value of more than 6 billion yuan. Shandong province is China’s flatfish producing and farming demonstration area, its output accounts for more than two-thirds of total gram-negative sole production. Gram-negative sole class aquatic products breeding industry has been in the domestic the Bohai Sea, the East China Sea, the South China Sea area formed certain industrial scale. Through the field survey data, can be found, in Shandong province were sole class aquaculture industry has a certain area of specialization, and has initially formed a few aquaculture industry cluster, including turbot culture zones of Shandong Laizhou, Shandong Rongcheng gram-negative dish culture zones with stone is a typical area. After using empirical comparative analysis method, this paper demonstrates the gram-negative sole class aquaculture industry cluster network structure under the main behavior of the positive effect on economic performance of cost effect.
