A Study On The Subjects' Behavior In The Technological Assimilation

Developmental strategies are centered on the notion of knowledge innovation for various countries in an era of knowledge-based economy. The technological introduction is taken as the most common path in the follow-imitation strategies,hence the technological assimilation (TA) is the most essential link in the schema when a related innovation model is considered. Here the low capability of the TA often becomes the constraint to technological innovation. At present, there is the terrible phenomenon that stress importance of technological introduction and neglect function of the TA in the enterprise. In the present academic circles,there are the obvious flaw regarding the research about the TA and lack of the clear understanding for it, specially for its objects'information that show as"software"and always represent the core technological knowledge. The people's attention for the TA concentrate just on the suggestions about the external factors, but its essence can't be comprehened which is defined as the process of the subjects'cognitive practice. So we believe that the study on the subjects'behavior in the TA is one of the fundamental and foundational works.In this article,we use the traditional method both Analytical Philosophy and the descriptive subjects. The concept of the TA is defined and understood in the social process view. We analyze the characters of the TA from two perspectives: the subjects and the objects based on the angle of the tacit knowledge which is neglected by the people and decompose the process too. Through the analysis for the different function of the tacit knowledge which attach to both the subjects and objects in the TA,we discover the crucial foundation for construction of the subjects'behavior in the TA. We distinguish the subjects'behavior characters on the basis of the subjects'different assignment of the duty and put forward some successful behavior models in order to be chosen. Through these special thorough research,we find that the causes for the low capability of the TA include the unconsciously neglecting for the tacit knowledge owed by both the objects and subjects as well as fully ignoring the TA in fact. We propose the three stages'linear model of the TA which is operational easily and further summarize the subjects'differsent behavior characters including the entrepreneurs and managers,the R&D designers and the workers working on the production line and finally select individual behavior patterns such as master-disciple relationship , sudden-insight principle , learning-by-doing , systemic function-simulation law and organizational behavior pattern about the knowledge interaction based on the empirical facts. Therefore, the enterprise's managers should clearly realize the key point and timely arouse the subjects'enthusiasm and guide them to take the correct action in the TA. We believe that our country perfectly achieve the innovation through the successful technological assimilation.
