The Research On Zhuhai's Market-oriented Attracting Investment

With the implementation of reforming and opening policy, our country achievesan economy boom. With a rapid and sustaining development in economy, the scale ofmarket becomes bigger and bigger, which tends to need more and more investment.And attracting investment become hot words in China. The attracting investmentmode can be divided into government-oriented and market-oriented. As themarket-economy mechanism come into being in China, Market-oriented attractinginvestment is going to be a perfect mode in the new period. For some reasons,however, the government-oriented attracting investment mode will exist for a longwhile.As the special economic zone in China, Zhuhai is confronting the seriouscompetitions from the abroad and inland. The paper compares two different attractinginvestment mode with the assistance of marketing and investment theory, analyzessuited attracting investment mode for Zhuhai, and puts forward the specificsuggestions on establishing market-oriented attracting investment mode in Zhuhai.There are six parts in this thesis. First is introduction, its major purposes are:background and meaning of this study, scientific achievements and methods used inthis thesis. The second part mainly introduces the mode of attracting investmentwhich can be divided into government-oriented and market-oriented. In third part, theobject is to make a presentation for the combination of government-oriented andmarket-oriented attracting investment mode through the example of the U.S. localgovernment. The fourth part emphasizes on the analysis of the present attractinginvestment mode in Zhuhai. The fifth part is to put forward the specific suggestionson establishing market-oriented attracting investment mode in Zhuhai. In last part,author summarizes this thesis, point out the bright future of Zhuhai.
