The Study On The Farmers' Incomes In Poor Mountainous Areas

In 2005 GDP of our country already came up to 1,823.21 billion, The regions' per capita income of people is more than 1000USD, income of people is improved than before, the lives of people are improving every day, National economy is coming to new step times. Thus in poor mountainous areas which is backward economy yet, and the farmers is too less income to lead well life. To a certain extent affect process of socialist modernization and build a harmonious society.In order to help the poor mountainous areas people get rid of poverty, this paper according to study to one hundred of farmer families of Anhui DABIE mountain areas, and at the base of using for reference both here and abroad study returns, make an intensive study of income of farmers, many factors affect so less income of farmer. This paper describes reasons as following:(1)at the amount of arable land is limited, (2) areas in poor natural resources, (3)unjust system, (4) An extremely adverse environmental condition, (5)labor transfer difficultly, (6)lack of education for aside city, (7)so poorly or sufficiently educated and thinking lags behind reality, (8)non-enough social security system and investment and so on. Above these main factors lead to so less income of farmer.Full consideration superiority and inferiority of economic of poor mountainous areas. This article describes that for increasing income of farmer of poor mountainous areas, at present times we must transfer the surplus rural labors, open up new avenues of employment. In the long run, it should be strengthen development of self. economy, so first we must raise the people's educational level and change thinking lags behind reality and shoot for a higher production level or raise labor productivity; Second expediting urbanization construction, develop local economy; Third utilization of mountain areas superiority, develop green agriculture and forestry and animal husbandry and so on, at the same time depends on these good condition to develop meatpacking industry, achieve economic development and ecological equilibrium, Fourth increase public expenditures for poor mountainous areas, so that achieve stabilize the increase of farmers' income.
