Research On The Problem Of Land In Western Poor Mountainous Areas Of Farmland

In recent years,the pace of urbanization has been accelerating,a large number of migrant workers migrant workers,followed by land to agriculture,a large number of abandoned land and other issues and trends can not contain,far-reaching impact.However,the problem is different in China's regional differences,economically developed areas and poor areas of its appearance is very different,the higher level of economic development has been political,academia,industry and other sectors of the community wide attention,In the western mountainous areas of China,due to the large ground ups and downs,the natural environment is bad and so on,migrant workers to migrant workers caused the land shortage problem is more serious,which not only caused the waste of land resources,but also to the economic development brought a series of social problems,hindering social progress,is a practical problem that can not be ignored.Therefore,it is very far-reaching to study the problem of agricultural land abandonment in poor mountainous areas and analyze the influencing factors of abandonment,and solve the problem according to the results.The current research on agricultural land abandonment is mainly from the macroscopic level of qualitative analysis,and based on the perspective of farmers less.In view of this,this paper attempts to design a questionnaire to Weining County,Guizhou Province as the research area,take a sample survey of farmers to conduct household surveys,understand the real idea of farmers,calculate the proportion of abandoned farmland,analysis of the phenomenon caused by the reason.On this basis,put forward a reasonable view to solve the agricultural land abandoned.The difficulty of this paper lies in the identification of hidden land reclamation,by reading the relevant literature and questionnaire data,the use of DEA method of input indicators and output indicators of the comprehensive efficiency values were measured,and then select the standard land DEA value,compared with other abandoned farmland so as to get the hidden land survey.Through the analysis of the questionnaire showed that 67.88% of the farmers have abandoned farmland,and land area of 3 acres or less accounted for more than half of households.The sample area of about 911 acres of land in the area,accounting for 49.14% of the sample,if this ratio estimates the whole of Weining County abandoned farmland area,and the whole county land area of about 1052100 aacres.And the higher the local infrastructure,abandoned farmland phenomenon worse more serious.Therefore,the phenomenon of abandoned farmland in Weining county is more serious.In the survey also found that most of the farmers on the land transfer policy,landprotection and other related policies are poorly understood,the factors causing the abandoned farmland mainly from the objective and subjective factors analysis.Objective factors include:natural factors,social and economic factors,policy and institutional factors;The subjective factors mainly include: the precipitation of the rural labor force,the farmer's love of the earth and social psychological factors.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving the policy support system,improving the land transfer market,returning farmland to forest policy,developing characteristic industries and raising farmers' awareness.The innovation of this paper is: first,calculate,recessive abandoned abandoned farmland in the DEA method is used for the first time further,the dominant,recessive land proportion,estimates that the comprehensive abandoned in western poor mountainous areas such as Weining County agricultural land rate: 49.14%;Second,through the analysis of barren land surveys,the proportion of land,according to the survey of regional cultivated land area accounted for the proportion of arable land in Weining County,Weining County,the calculated abandoned farmland area,about 1052100 acres.This method has some differences,but also provides some ideas for the next study;Third,according to the suggestions,solve the poor mountain Weining abandoned: the development of special industries and appropriate returning farmland to forest,this is the particularity of Weining County,unlike other developed provinces Countermeasures of abandoned farmland,the suggestions to provide a reference for solving such the farmland in poor mountainous areas in Western China abandoned other similar Weining county.
