The experience of developed country shows that, in the middle and later stage of industrialization, the advancement of enterprise and industry's internationalization, along with the development of direct foreign investment, would be an effective way to achieve a sustained economic development. China is in the middle of industrialization, and our task is to promote the international flow and disposition of the excess production factors and production capacity of our country , which have strategic meanings to the sustained economic development in China. The implementation of "Go-out" policy and the allocation of production factor in global range all follow the law of international economy and the inevitable course of deepening the development of open economy. However, for long periods, the main body of overseas investment is state-owned enterprise. Going-out of private enterprise is later and the scale is smaller. The entry to WTO for our country creates more opportunities for foreign direct investment of private enterprise of our country. Private enterprise of our country should adopt more forms to make use of foreign capital, technology, management and international famous brands. Private enterprise of our country should also strengthen the amalgamation with foreign capital and technology and enhance its international competitive. Therefore, study on foreign direct investment of private enterprise of our country has very important significance.The thesis is around this theme of foreign direct investment of private enterprise of our country.
