The economic environment, competitive situation, institutional framework,management mode and stakeholder's demands, etc. are all altering geatly, theenterprise management has entered the era of strategic management theme.Focus on enterprise business strategies, reflecting the interests of shareholders,taking into account the needs of stakeholders are more and more important in thefuture furious competition. This thesis begins with the review of at home and abroad'sadvanced theories on performance evaluation, as strategic-orientation to enterprisevalue maximization, instruct an enterprise performance evaluation index system ofstrategic orientation, this paper's content has been divided as four parts:PartⅠintroduce enterprise performance evaluation theory, clear the concept andelements of enterprise performance evaluation and performance evaluation system,and introduce and review several typical performance evaluation theory such asEconomic Value Added,Balanced Scorecard and Performance diamond pole. Thenexpound the definition of enterprise strategy, manage the relationship of enterprisestrategy and "strategic orientation" of this article' subject, illuminate performanceevaluation' sense in strategy performance, finally give the definition of enterpriseperformance evaluation index system of strategic orientation.PartⅡanalyze and evaluate our present enterprise performance evaluation indexsystem, absorb its virtue and improve its scarcity, thereby found the enterpriseperformance evaluation index system of strategic orientation on it.PartⅢanalyze four evaluation targets including profit maximization,shareholder value maximization,enterprise strategic maximization and enterprisevalue maximization, get the strategic orientation of enterprise performance evaluationindex system——enterprise value maximization, and start to design the enterpriseperformance evaluation index system from three crux success factors of capital cost minimization,cash flow maximization,last developing ability.Enterprise evaluation index system of strategic orientation has been divided intosix parts of ffofit ability,debt ability,trading ability,developing ability,marketcompeting ability,human resource ability, every evaluation index has been dividedinto financial index and non-financial index, main evaluation index and auxiliaryevaluation index, get basic evaluation conclusion exploiting main evaluation indexand get integrating evaluation conclusion exploiting auxiliary index and main index.PartⅣfollow XD computer company' example, apply AHP way to constructthis company's evaluation index weight, explain construction and application ofenterprise evaluation index system of strategic orientation.Innovation and characteristic:1,Pose to need construct unity strategic orientation of index system, this paperhas raised enterprise value maximization as strategic orientation of evaluation indexsystem.2,To start with enterprise value evaluation model——discount cash flow model,design enterprise performance evaluation index system including main last developingability and minor capital cost minimization and cash flow maximization.3,This index system not only considers traditional financial index to reflect frofitability,debt ability,trading ability and developing ability, but also considersnon-financial index to reflect market competing ability and human resource ability.
