Strategy alliance is an important way of gaining outside knowledge, accepting by more and more enterprises. However, at present actual circumstances, the effect of learning through the alliance is not ideal. In the vicious circle that China side enterprise has been caught in generally "studying and chasing - - - backward- - - learning and chasing again - - - -fall behind again". In theoretically, there are few scholars to study the mechanism of strategic alliance from the visual angle of local enterprise. According to this, studying organization studies in international strategy alliance is of great importance.In this paper, we mainly study the studying mechanism in the international strategic alliance. First, we do all-round analysis on the agent of forming the alliance , the way of studying , the type of studying and the process of studying, according to the reality of our country's enterprise , Structure the organization studying mechanism of our country enterprise in international strategy alliance around "learning what , how to learn "; Secondly, take gaining knowledge as main agent, from the knowledge source , knowledge acceptor , distance factor , alliance factor , knowledge factor and language culture and so on , we analysis the influence factor in studying organizes, and brings forward the countermeasure boosting organization studying in strategy alliance. Finally, by the analysis of the gaining successful enterprises Qingdao Beer and Haier which participating in international strategy alliance , sum them up the reasons for the success , be tied in the mechanism and the factor of inter-organization studies , giving our country's enterprise countermeasure of participating in international strategy alliance.
