Research On Knowledge Creation, Transfer And Management In Knowledge Alliance

The main activities of knowledge alliance are knowledge creation,knowledge transfer, the knowledge in alliance is called"alliance knowledge"which is only be acquired in knowledge alliance. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the activities in alliance.In the paper, we mainly researched on knowledge creation,knowledge transfer and their influencing factors of them.Firstly,we briefly introduced the content of alliance theories.Then several basic contents were narrated systematically, including the knowledge creation,knowledge transfer and their influencing factors of alliance capability. Finally, we summarize the thesis and forecast next study.There are many innovations in this paper.Firstly,we analysed the process of knowledge transfer, we sum up the influencing factors of it ,on this basis,we gave a new model of improving the effect of knowledge transfer.Secondly,we found out the defects of the model of SECI,solved these defects by constructing"Ba System"and on this basis,we gave a new model of knowledge creation in knowledge alliance BaS-C-SCEI.Lastly,we studied the influencing factors of alliance capacity systematically namely individual,corporate,alliance and network.Then we some advices of improving the alliance capacity.
