As competition between companies turns more and more fierce, team, which unites members'ability, has become one of the most important administrative methods, so to build a high-performance team weights a lot in company operation and theoretical research. And as the team role theory rises and the relative research develops, the balance of the team role plays significant in improving team's performance.Based on the team-role research and the knowledge-sharing research, this paper discusses the standards for a role-balanced team, as well as the role-caused reasons for low performance. And then, it analyses the cooperative power among the roles, which promotes team's performance. This paper points out the relationship between team role balance and knowledge sharing in a team, namely, the better the knowledge is shared within a team, the better the role balance gets. Meanwhile some factors are also given as the most influencing ones in knowledge sharing in a team, and they are the sharing inclination and the learning & imparting ability of the team members, trust between members, culture and structure of the team.Aimed at the relationship between team role balance and knowledge sharing, as well as the factors influencing knowledge sharing in a team, this paper investigate 7 teams with a questionnaire for a provement. And further, the strategies to build a role-balanced team are presented from four aspectss: to enhance the members'sharing inclination and learning & imparting ability; to improve the trust between members; to build up a knowledge-sharing culture; to apply a structure increasing the members'contact.
