With the economical development, the competition between enterprises gradually becomes the talented person competition. So the way of selecting and keeping human resource effectively is the foundation of human resource developing strategy for each corporate. Therefore, focusing the talent flow and mastering the reason and orientation become the important content that human resources studies.From the view of microcosmic, the paper built game models of talent flow and analyzed the'prisoners'dilemma'in it. Beginning with the relationship of time between the talented person ability lifting and their benefit, the paper did a research on the ability elevation of talented people and earning lag. By the forming process studying of flow group, it shows that the lag of benefit which was pay for the people whose ability had risen become another inherent reason of talent flow.Using the grey game chain model, the evolution process of'prisoners'dilemma'of talent flow was showed and we can get their growing picture by a simulation analysis. It gave a proving that the evolution stable strategy would converge a fixed size grey area. And the size of the area is decided by both players'income under different strategies.After the studying of recruitment, the paper focused on the'Dilemma phenomenon'of talent flow. Summarizing and analyzing the rule in flow, we defined the'Dilemma modulus'and set a model. Comparing the standard contrast modulus with personal contrast modulus, we get the flow orientation of talented people and studied the related factors caused flow, and then gave some solution strategies. After analyzed entire process of flow of talented people, the paper gave some advice to make the talent flow rationalization from three sides. They includes government angle, enterprise angle and personal angle such as changing the public policy, improving the talent flow service market, strengthening personal moral or knowledge level and so on.
