Research On The Dilemma And Strategy Of Existing Large Commercial Building Green Retrofit On The Basis Of Evolutionary Game Theory

Facing more and more serious environmental problems,the construction industry to the road of green development is urgent,but in our country this development is very slow,especially has some trouble in the implementation of the existing large commercial building.The research on the plight of the existing large commercial building green retrofit,help to promote green building industry retrofit process,help to achieve the strategic goal of energy saving and emission reduction in our country,help to build a good market system for the existing large commercial building green retrofit,help to realize the benefit maximization of the main body in the market.Stand in the perspective of the owner,this paper aim at how to break through the dilemma,choose four main interests related subject in the existing large commercial building green retrofit-the government,the owners,users and green service enterprises as the main research object,analysis with normative research method and the evolutionary game theory method,Aiming at the present situation in China,this paper put forward some relevant countermeasures from the perspective of the owner,to provide a reference for the existing large commercial building green retrofit in China.In real practice,first of all,there is a study on the domestic and international literature on the green retrofit of the existing large commercial buildings,to summarize the research status at home and abroad,analyzing the current situation,summarizes the problems.Secondly,using the method of evolutionary game theory,proven the reaction of the main body in the market for green retrofit,analyze the root cause of the dilemma,and try to find out the problem.Finally,according to the analysis results of the evolutionary game theory and the characteristics of the existing large commercial building green retrofit market,put forward for suggestions and countermeasures for resolving the dilemma to the government,the users and green service enterprise from the perspective of the owner side.In the last,summarize the full text.
