Merges and Acquisitions (M&A) is one of the most effective approaches for an enterprise to implement strategies, distribute resources and create value in the course of development. In knowledge economy era, gaining Intellectual Capital(IC) has increasingly become an important motivation of M&A. In order to strengthen the core competitiveness and value of the enterprise, it is of great value to research how to evaluate the value of enterprise's intellectual capital after M&A.On the basis of applying kinds of theories including Intellectual Capital(IC), M&A, Value Evaluation and so on, the dissertation introduces IC to the field M&A.
