Assess The Value Of The Initial Stage Of Exploration Rights Elements Of Analytic Hierarchy Process And Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model

Mineral resources are the important foundation in the of national conomy. The exploitation of mineral resources is a synthetic evaluation system refer to economy,resources,environment and social factoes,etc. Population,resources and environment are the most severe problems of human beings in the future. Therefore,Syntheic evaluation on exploitation of mineral resources has been widely attended by domestic and overseas goverments.Exploration right is the precondition mineral resources exploration and exploitation,only to set up specification exploration right in order to sssure post-engineering run well.We study later than western countries in value of mineral resources and assessment of mining right.It does not have specification theories and methodologies,many methods of assessment of mining right are not perfect, because mining market is very complicated and it has many uncertainly factors,so assessment of mining right is very diffcult. Assessment of primary exploration right is the most controversial.As the low level of exploration,We do not know the quality and quantity of resources in exploration area.So it is high-risk and uncertainly,and these uncertainly factors creat the value of theopportunities of investment. The static description of the methods are used by the traditional ways of Assessment of primary exploration right,it ignores the assessment propecting potential of exploration right,which underestimates its value, exploration right transferings often fail because of underestimating its value.I try to use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assess the factors which effect potential value of exploration right in paper.take two steps:First,assort the factors which effect exploration right;Second, assess objectively every factor in Analytic Hierarchy Process.It could account prospecting potential of exploration right by reducing subjective affect of experts. Try to make a objective and fair assessment of primary exploration right.
