360-degree performance feedback has two basal ideas which are multiple-source and multiple- dimensionality. I try to analyse these two ideas and find the right condition which 360-degree performance feedback is right used in. (1)The early aim of it should be training and developing emplyees. (2)The enterprise which use it shoule work well, lan is necessary, and it is able to afford c(n)=n×200 dollars .n is the number of person in the evaluation. (3)The culture of these enterprises should be open. the management system is flat, the grade should be loose, authorizing and the team work should be multifarious. (4)The host and guest in 360-degree performance feedback are mainly good educated. They has the compact connection in works .The guset has four or more colleagues and underlings. The anonymity should be used in the evaluation. (5)360-degree performance feedback should be based on valid work analyse.
