The small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have got a great development in the recent 20 years when the national economy system reformation carried out. They are playing a more and more important role in national economy development and reformation and more concerns are focused on them. Also, to boost the small and medium-sized enterprises to develop more quickly, both the state and local government have taken many measures which supported the small and medium enterprises greatly and stimulated more people to set up companies. However, according to the current situation, we have to say, the small and medium-sized enterprises are still facing all kinds of difficulties on their way to succeed.For this paper, the author introduced the public service policies for the small and medium-sized enterprises of oversea counties, then as the example of Suzhou city , the author focused on technology,currency and talent——the three key factors for small and medium-sized enterprise, discussed the public service policies that have carried out in China, analyzed the status and problems that need to be solved——including the imperfect credit evaluation and guarantee system, unstable technology platform and talents system for medium-sized enterprises and so on. And the author also put forward some suggestions and solutions such as more support for currency organizations, building more perfect credit and guarantee systems, enhancing training and talent system for small and medium-sized enterprises so that set up a"Green Path"for talents who'd like to work in Suzhou city. The author expects all the analyses and suggestions will be valuable for government when they are setting up the public service policies for small and medium-sized enterprises.
