| Distribution center is the important part of a logistics system; similarly, thelocation of distribution center is the key of logistics system analysis.The problem of distribution center location is a complicated and nonlinearproblem, because it is influenced by all kinds of factors, such as the scale ofdistribution center, character of merchandise, prosecution environment, trafficcondition, and climate and so on. How choose appropriate factor and how confirm toinfluence degree of every selected factor as to establish the system of evaluationguideline and the model for location, and how to obtain the best result of the nonlinearproblem based on the model, and so on, that are hotspot problems of the domestic andinternational experts and scholars researched.The goal of this paper is establish an excellent, all-sided system of evaluationguideline and location model through by a proper method, and find an effectivearithmetic for solved the problem. In order to reach this goal, through AnalyticHierarchy Process combined with expertise, the paper build a good system ofevaluation guideline and homologous construct the model of distribution centerlocation; the paper put forward a new direction-mutation method based on betterindividual, which replace the random mutation in SGA, that improved some flaw inSGA, such as it improved the speed of convergence, enlarge the multifamily of thepopulation, so the optimizing resolution can be obtained in global; At the last part, thepaper apply the improved genetic algorithm to solve the distribution center locationproblem, and obtained a good result.The merit of the method in this paper is consider factor of influence location asmuch as possible, and at the same time, what the improved generation algorithmimproved the speed of convergence and the efficiency of compute, so ensured validityof the result. |
