The emergence and development of logistics industry is the outcome of the continuous development of market economy and social division of labor.In the logistics system,logistics center plays an essential role.It makes logistics system move to a more organized,integrated and modern direction.Logistics distribution center is a key factor in the modern commodity circulation.Through modifying the management of the goods transportation,storage,loading and unloading,handling,distribution,order processing and information processing and so on,it can improve inventory turnover,accelerate the circulation of commodities and reduce the cost.In order to achieve these benefits,selecting the right location is really important.Heilongjiang province is located in the center of northeast Asia,the base of national important energy,commodity grain,raw materials and heavy chemical.Company A is located in Heilongjiang Province,one of the oldest industry base in northeast,which provides infinite possibilities for the development of Company A.To improve the logistics service,lower the costs and promote the economic development,it is very meaningful to choose an appropriate location of distribution center.In the aspect of economic development,it dose really work for Company A to build full-featured,high-level DC of strong fuction and large area of distribution.However,for the logistics development in Heilongjiang,the rate of logistics cost in GDP is high,which is a big problem for Company A to choose the location of DC.The low modernized degree,faultiness of equipment and system,small scale of DC all cause problems for Company A to continue to develop.First,this paper analyzes the current situation of logistics development in Heilongjiang,and then identifies the problems we may facing when choose a logistics distribution center in Heilongjiang.The purpose of this paper is to provide a Theoretical reference basis for resource adjusting,so Heilongjiang could establish a logistics distribution center.By combining the development of logistics industry in Heilongjiang province,build the evaluation systemof distribution center location.on the basis of qualitative analysis,using the analytic hierarchy process to locate a logistics distribution center for Company A.From the social environment,political and economic conditions,and the natural environment aspects,build the hierarchy structure model,list the factors that influence the logistics center location,then get a final reasonable decision after analyze all different factors.
