Chain supermarket is a new organized system to change traditional retail trade in our country, in this system ,the farm products is called the raw fresh product.. The management of this products has had more than 10 years history of the chain supermarket in our country .But the situation is not hold optimistic ,because the basic problem too much .some enterpises can not find the nucleus, always feel difficult to development in this field. Another good respect, it has the powerful lifeforce in the future. The most of farm products are sold by food shops and chain supermarket in the developed countries.accompany with the people's level of consumption raise .The raw fresh products management of the chain supermarket must will be a important sales way to sale the farm products ..But the medium circulates of the farm products still disorderly and be behind in our courtry. So many links and huge waste .chain supermarket still exist a lot of problem ,high cost high price ,and the safety contol systems are not complete, likthis situation not only can't connect well with the modern retail terminal ,but also difficult to meet the customer's demand level raise.This thesis use actual studing,analyse stud-ing, adopt the method of integrating theory with practice ,pass through a few respects as blow:present conditions and trend of future development of chain supermarket in our country, present conditions of farm product circalation in our country, Modern consumer's change of demand Conclusions of summary。According to the farm property chaaracteristic of chain in our country ,the farm products managenment of chain supermarket should be adopt three countermeasures as blow: distributing cnter function is given scope to fully, professional suppliers function are given ccope to fully, speed up process of the production of farm product standardization, specialization and scale melts, to speed up the fam products management process of chainsupermarket,and improve the farm product competition ability of the chain supermarket.
