Research On Fresh Agri-products Supply Chain Based On “Farm-supermarket Docking”

With the rapid development of fresh agricultural products e-commerce and the concept of "Internet + agriculture" be spreading,people's lives have undergone profound changes.By using e-commerce platform,farm-supermarket docking have developed a fresh agricultural products e-commerce channel and formed the farm-supermarket docking dual-channel.At the same time,China's cold-chain logistics is imperfect,have serious loss of circulation of fresh agricultural products.In the process of farm-supermarket docking,how to make order decision under the condition of controlling loss and how to realize the dual-channel coordination under the environment of online and offline synchronous development become an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,the article analyzes the development background of farm-supermarket docking and development pattern and the development of fresh agricultural products,summarized the main problems faced by the development of dual-channel supply chain.And then study the theory of degenerate product inventory and supply chain coordination.Secondly,the degenerate product inventory model which is affected by freshness and transportation time was built from the two links of agricultural farm-supermarket docking supply chain's transportation and sales.The effect of each variable on fresh produce order period,order quantity and overall profit of supply chain was discussed.The results show that the freshness seriously affects the demand of fresh produce and the transportation time seriously affects the profit of the whole supply chain.The supermarket should formulate small batch and multi-frequency order strategy.Then,considering the effects of freshness on the demand of fresh agricultural products,Building a two-level dual-channel supply chain game model,discussing the optimal decision of game between supermarkets and cooperatives and analyze the effects of freshness on price and demand and supply chain profits.The results show that both the online price and the offline price of fresh produce are lower,and the profit of dual-channel supply chain is maximized,the dual-channel supply chain achieve coordination.Finally,analyzing the main risk factors of farm-supermarket docking and considering all aspects of risk to improve the Shapley method,then article uses the improved method to distribute the supply chain profit.The results show that considering the risk factors in line with the actual operation of the dual-channel supply chain,the supply chain of farm-supermarket docking dual-channel supply chain achieve finally coordination and the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the development of the dual-channel supply chain.
