Institutional Analysis And Development Measure Study On Farmers' Specialised Cooperative Economic Organization In China

Farmers' specialized cooperative economic organization have arisen quietly in rural areas in China since 1980th and have been developing quickly. This article using institutional economics as the key analysis mean, combining the practical of Chinese agricultural and rural economic development, has conducted systematically institutional explanation and demonstration analysis on the developing situation, historical evolution, institutional supply and demand, farmers' cooperation behaviourand performance of Farmers' specialized cooperative economic organization.The studies indicate that institution of China Farmers' specialized cooperative economic organization is inadequate of supplying, that it exists large proportion of external profit. For promoting and regulating the development of Farmers' specialized cooperative economic organization, the direction of institutional innovation should be as follows: First, improving legislation work and perfecting related legal system. Second, constructing overall policy support system for the development of Farmers' specialized cooperative economic organization, from the aspects of finance, taxation, trust and loan, commercial, supervision and management, and industrial policy.
