| Chinese farmers have innovated organizations and institutions since 1980s by establishing many new types of Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organizations, which are different from the traditional cooperative organizations in the 1950s. Practice has proved that New-Type Farmer Cooperative Economic Organization is a useful way to solve Problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers. However, the changes and development of New-Type Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organization are restricted by many factors. First, this paper illustrates the conception and basic theory concerned. Then, with the analytical means of new Institutional Economics, this paper systematically analyzes the profit and cost of institutional innovation of New-Type Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organization, deep analyzes the causes and the constraint factors that New-Type Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organization is established and developed. Finally, this paper combines the institutional vicissitude theory in New-Type Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organization and the real fact of it, propose some thoughts and countermeasures of promoting the development of New Farmer Cooperative Economic Organization. The paper intent to account for a reference on the development of New-Type Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organization. It is an indispensable means to collect and read many documents in all study. It is also an important study means in writing this paper. This paper is made by learning previous researchresults and international experience through much documental reading.
