The urban land is the foundation of city society and the economical development, the carrier of each kind of resources disposition in city, the most active governmental assets which has the biggest increment potential, and much more the carrier of the highly effective capital which government can operate Directly. Urban land use structure is the proportion and the spatial structure and the mutually affects of each kind of functional land in city. It is many kinds of factors combined action result in city. The unbalanced of proportion of each kind of land will make each kind of function to be out of balance inevitably in the city. Thus lowers the overall function of the urban land and hinders the economical and social development in city.According to the problems exists in the urban land structure status quo in Zhengzhou, this article use multiple regression analysis to stablish the multiple regression equation about economic efficiency and area of each kind of land use in Zhengzhou. Based on the multiple regression analysis, through the multi-objective programming, the decision-making model of Zhengzhou city's land utilization structure optimization was established. Through the optimization to the Zhengzhou land utilization structure and the analysing of the feasibility to the optimized result, obtains the most superior urban land utilization structure which can obtain the best economic efficiency and give dual attention to the social and the economical benefit simultaneously, to provide the theory suggestions for the land's highly effective use and sustainable development of the city.Through analyzing, the correlation between the industrial output value and the area for industrial operation, area for storage, area for traffic system is positive, the correlation coefficient is 0.892,0.954,0.896 respectively; The correlation between the tertiary industry output value and area for municipal utilities, area for public utilities is positive, the correlation coefficient is 0.901,0.847 respectively; On the basis of the above, linked up to the reality of national economy development in Zhengzhou, the land optimized use model in Zhengzhou was stablished. Then coded the optimized use procedure and solved the optimized use model through lingo software, the optimized land area of each kind is 70,56.32,52.50,21.31,20.95,46.1,40.12,42,0.7 square kilometers respectively, the percentage than oceupis the total area of the construction urban is 20%, 16.09%, 15%, 6.09%, 5.99%, 13.17%, 11.46%, 12%, 0.2%respectively. The optimized result indicated that: the proportion of the residential area, area for industrial operation, area for traffic system, area for specific-purpose land to the total area of the city need a certain control; The proportion of area for public utilities, area for storage, area for roads and plazas to the total area of the city maintain invariable basically; The proportion of area for municipal utilities and greenland area to the total area of the city need a large enhancement. This will provide the reference for the city overall plan's further implementation in Zhengzhou. The land utilization benefit it brings is extremely considerable through land use structure optimizing.In a word, as a growing rapidly middle city Since reform and open policy, along with each system reform deepening incessantly, the contradictions between urban land use structure which forms under the planned economy system and a series of city growth environmental variation revealed day by day in Zhengzhou. The government and the department concerned should strengthen the city land structure optimization, thus made the urban land system and the management level meets the need to accelerate cities and the urbanization in 21st century.
