Study On The Enterprisers' Ability In The Enterprises In MEC

In recent years, the status of Mid-small Enterprises Cluster (MEC) in economic development has increased much as time goes by. How to improve the competitive power of the mid-small enterprises has become the research focus of scholars, enterprisers and government officials. From the viewpoint of the enterprise's resource, the enterprisers' ability is the crucial factor which restricts the development of the enterprise. Therefore, this study considers the enterprisers' ability in the enterprises jn MEC as the emphasis, means to increase the enterprisers' ability in MEC, an unusual human capital, and then makes the enterprises progress steadily, and the country's economy develop unceasingly.This study bases on relative literature and questionnaire survey, using certain research methods which combine qualitative and quantitative analysis, also theoretic and positive study. Based on the research of the theory of MEC, this paper perfects the research on the enterprisers' ability in MEC, defines the ability composing and the main affecting factors of this part of enterprisers, and puts forward the effective approach and way to enhance the ability of the enterprisers in MEC. Meanwhile, from the study of the enterprisers, which is the inner cause of the enterprise development, and the principal aspect of affecting the continual development of the enterprises, we can find out the inner driving power of the enterprise development. This paper will approve the viewpoint which it puts forward, by the demonstration analyzing of the Mid-small Enterprises Cluster existing in Wuhan City. The main contents of the article are as follows:In the first part, also the part of the preface, it mainly introduces the background, the purpose, the significance, the basic thoughts, the contents and the innovation of this paper.In the second part, it mainly introduces the theory basis of this study. It reviews and comments on the theory of Mid-small Enterprises Cluster, enterprisers, the ability of the enterprisers and the enterprisers' ability in MEC. Bases on this, this study forms its own concept model——the model of the enterprisers' ability composing in MEC.In the third part, it mainly introduces the demonstration designing idea of this study, including the setting of the variable in the questionnaire, the presentation of the research hypothesis, the decision of the research frame, the choosing of the survey sample, the designing of the questionnaire, the choosing of the analyzing methods and so on.In the fourth part, it expatiates the detailed process of the demonstration analyzing, including the factor analyzing of the variables of the enterprisers' ability, the difference analyzing of the variables of the enterprisers' ability in the basic statistical variable, the relativity analyzing among the variables of ability, and the comparative analyzing between the self-evaluation and exterior evaluation of ability.In the fifth part, it states the results, discussion and advice of this study. Firstly it sums up the results of the demonstration research based on the discussion of the analysis of the conclusion: the concept amending conclusion of the enterprisers' ability composing in mid-small enterprises cluster, the details of the hypothesis checking up and so on. Then, on the basis of the research conclusion, it respectively comes up with the measure of enhancing the enterprisers' ability and the suggestion of the later study, from the aspects such as the inner cause of enhancing the enterprisers' ability, learningmthe intermediate process and the system circumstances—the exogenous factors.
