Evaluation And Improvement Strategy Of Technological Innovation Ability Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In CX Economic Development Zone

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that China should implement the innovation-driven strategy,and the main body of implementing the innovation-driven strategy is the vast number of enterprises.The number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is large,involving a wide range of industries,which is the main force to implement scientific and technological innovation.It is of great significance for SMEs to take more effective measures to improve their technological innovation ability by studying the internal and external factors affecting SMEs' technological innovation ability.Therefore,this paper studies the indicators of technological innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in CX economic development zone,and tries to provide strategies and suggestions for technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in CX economic development zone.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,and combs the research achievements of experts and scholars at home and abroad in technological innovation and technological innovation capability.Secondly,the internal factors and external environment that affect SMEs' technological innovation ability are classified and refined,and the comprehensive index system of SMEs' technological innovation ability is constructed based on the analysis.Then,according to the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in CX Economic Development Zone,the questionnaire is designed,and the collected data are analyzed and processed by factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive analysis.Finally,according to the results calculated by the data model,this paper studies the weaknesses of small and medium-sized enterprises in the CX Economic Development Zone in technological innovation ability,and analyses the problems that need to be solved in their development.Based on this,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for small and medium-sized enterprises in CX Economic Development Zone to improve their technological innovation ability both internally and externally.
